I don't think things going to go well for the one world dictatorship.

Very many forces right now- from political parties, populations, countries, military factions etc. are salivating over these projects, but due to the unknowns involved. This monolithic system would never become successful, accurate or efficient. This huge push towards Orwellian surveillance is doomed to failure along with the geopolitical catastrophe that will strike and shake governments in the near future.

All projected parties that are pushing for "future" benefits along this direction are doomed to fail- this includes the tech savvy alt-right, liberal left, military hawks, authoritarian forces and centralized gvts. The logistics do not match the capabilities. But those forces also have their head up the ass and will not really see it, nor be capable of delivering.
