Sudan has been broken for literally two generations without a functional government. This is a forseeable consequence.
The normal thing is that lots of people will starve to death, and eventually a strong man will rise up and stabilize a region here and there, maybe eventually the whole country. Then because the UN is retarded, they will try to kill him.
