    If democracy existed, there would be a political party that would arrange for the majority to legally seize the assets from the minority. It would be in the best interest of the majority.

    You can't have an election without security in all areas of the country.

    That's not how an election works. Everyone has to be able to vote.

    Elections take a lot of resources, and access for government officials and election observers from all sides. They're not only impossible when a foreign power holds some of your towns, they take resources away from kicking out the invaders.
