El Salvador's murder rate has fallen from 103 (highest in the world) to 7.8 (lower than US), giving its president an approval rating of 87%, highest in the western hemisphere. How did he do it? He’s just trying mass incarceration at unprecedented scale, up to 2% of the population.

This makes so much sense. Layers. It just doesn’t get that cold here. But I think I’m going to invest in some cold weather clothes just in case.

I have heard of merino wool. It’s very expensive. But it’s suppose to be the best.

High tech thermals. And good insulated boots. Insulated gloves, and a good scarf.
