Seems pretty bad that the mayor of a capital city went missing and was later found dead. Seoul is right next to the DMZ, does he not have security?

They say he left a note "like a will" but that could be fake. They say he did it because of a rape allegation

South Korea is run by a cult cabal.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2016_South_Korean_political_scandal.

My guess is he was probably ceremonially sacrificed

The body of Park, 64, was found at Mount Bukak, hours after he was reported missing.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inwangsan

A former human rights lawyer and a legendary civil rights campaigner, Park made a public appeal for human-centered policies and equality, such as making efforts to curb soaring housing prices in Seoul and strengthen welfare programs for the youth as well as the elderly.

Also, his background doesn't really fit well with the NWO depopulation agenda, so...

I dunno, I find the the "suicide after accusations of sexual impropriety" story kinda plausible, especially since it's Korea.

Sure. It's all plausible.

Mountain suicides are the new K-pop.

My first thought was a honeypot operated by N. Korea but I like the K-pop idea. I have to go back and reexamine all the videos.

Eh, the entire K-pop industry is guilty of sexual impropriety and none of them mysteriously disappear.

Strangled? Ligature?

[–][deleted] 5 insightful - 1 fun5 insightful - 0 fun6 insightful - 1 fun -  (4 children)

Not really. He's not the first of the metoo accused in Korea to off themselves from the shame.

South Korea needs an emergency injection of pure Juche morality

Seoul ain't the kind of place to raise the kids

In fact it's cold as hell

And there's no one there to raise them if you did

And all this kimchee, I don't understand

It's just my lunch five days a week

A rockin' man, Kim: Rocket Man.

what are you implying by bringing up its proximity to the DMZ? and it's not like it's directly on the DMZ or something, plenty of distance between the two for it not to be a factor here.

[–]magnora7[S] 4 insightful - 2 fun4 insightful - 1 fun5 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

Maybe it's a stupid point to bring up the DMZ. My point is he had a lot of people who wanted him dead, I'm sure, so the fact he's in danger should at least bring questions to the suicide theory

Reading a bit;

More than 770 police officers, firetrucks and an ambulance were mobilized to track the whereabouts of Park, searching areas around his home and nearby the temple Gilsangsa in Seongbuk-dong in Seoul, where his cellphone signal was last detected.

From here

I was interested in the temple they mentioned and I found this short passage here

Gilsangsa Temple was once one of the foremost yojeong, a place where powerful men used to convene behind the scenes. The temple is named after the woman who donated the buildings, a gisaeng (a female entertainer and/or courtesan) named Kim Yeong-han who had a change of heart after reading "Non-Possession" by Venerable Beopjeong Sunim. The monk initially denied her request, but in 1995 decided to turn the buildings into a temple. As a result, the temple has a very unusual atmosphere because it kept many of its original features. The temple is highly regarded for its involvement in cultural exchanges with other religions, and its programs to help visitors experience Buddhism.

So... that was the last place his "phone was on" - sounds like he met with someone... who made him do what he did.

The interesting wording from the first link;

Seoul Mayor Park Won-soon was found dead on Friday, according to police, in what appears to be one of the country’s highest-profile suicides in recent history.

and then:

The exact cause of his death remained under investigation.

(I know they can't give out too many details etc, but this sounds like one of those "forced" suicides... or maybe my tinfoil is too tight.)

Edit: Reading Magnora's comment:

They say he did it because of a rape allegation

Yeah. Something's fishy.

Uhh wasn't the South Korean prime minister the one who was ousted via mass protests, just a few years ago, because of her connection to some "black magic cult" or something?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2016%E2%80%932017_South_Korean_protests

So maybe that ties in to the Gilsangsa Temple

[–]Vigte 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

Yes and while searching for that, I also found this:

After President Roh Moo-hyun killed himself in 2009 following allegations of corruption, many South Koreans considered him a victim of political revenge by his conservative enemies.

What the hell is going on in South Korea? Edit: oh my God - and ANOTHER... the one between Him and the Lady...

On 22 March 2018, Lee was arrested on charges of bribery, embezzlement, and tax evasion alleged to have occurred during his presidency.

Edit 2:

AND THE CURRENT one... what the hell.

[–]magnora7[S] 3 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 0 fun4 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

Yeah it's super corrupt. I guess I'm not too surprised as South Korea is mostly propped up and funded by the US as a buffer against North Korea's expansion. Just like the US propped up and grew Japan after WW2, as a buffer against Chinese expansionism. Same with the Philippines and Taiwan.

So basically the politics of SK is a game of musical chairs and inter-personal pecking order stuff because their major concerns (like people buying their exports, and military defense from NK) are taken care of externally by the US. So it's just some weird club of people now, who apparently keep backstabbing from each other and killing each other out of greed and lust for power. At least there seems to be some justice with the arrests and jailtime and the fact the protests in 2017 ousted the prime minister, so it's not totally totally out of control.

I wonder if it's like Jones said

"They set people up to do 95% good and 5% bad and when they're done, they get them out and put in the next dupe".

Not the first such sudden death:

SK has some serious issues with political corruption. It's strange because it seems like such a modern, liberal (in the true sense, not the bastardised modern US sense), democratic society. Just goes to show, looks can be deceptive.

[–]magnora7[S] 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Yes. But at least they were able to use mass protest to effectively oust their prime minister in 2017 after it was discovered she was getting guidance from some dark cult: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2016%E2%80%932017_South_Korean_protests

So their means of protest is more functional than in the US, which is the sign of a healthy democracy. So despite the flaws, it's perhaps still maybe not so terrible. But this mayor thing is obviously not good

[–]Tom_Bombadil 2 insightful - 4 fun2 insightful - 3 fun3 insightful - 4 fun -  (0 children)

That mayor ain't got no Seoul.

Speaking of dead Koreans, there is no way Kim Jong Un is still alive. Kim Yo Jung is doing all the talking. It's very obvious she is in charge and something happened to Un. I'm thinking dude got the COVID and is gone. They need to come clean.

[–]magnora7[S] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Interesting, you could be right.

I think it's more likely she killed him, than him having covid though. Maybe covid would be the cover story though. Just another guess though, I don't really know.
