Snowden is a CIA spook. He's just playing his role.
Asange is probably a MK Ultra victim, and also helped Trump by sabotaging Shrillary.
JA is a better candidate for a pardon.
Technically, a court has to convict a person of a crime to necessitate a pardon.
You can't pardon someone before a conviction.
Even better just drop any/all charges, and move on.
