It's almost as if chronically sick people are more valuable to the pharmaceutical industry than healthy people. If the chronically ill are a small subset of the population. How do you expand the population of the chronically ill? Create the conditions for dependency among the general population on the pharmaceutical industry. Exploit that populations inability to "cure" the vaccines provided by said pharmaceutical industry. Lock a chronically ill population into constantly purchasing your products. This is market capture at it's most insidious and it worked.

Also more valuable to politicians, since they're more likely to die suddenly than live out a quiet few decades in retirement with social security benefits.
