Most libertarians are too smart for their own good, and it makes them arrogant as hell amd smug in debates rather than able to listen.

Combine this with the frankly naive to utterly ideologically locked in view of human nature vs the long history of how shit goes, and they become JUST LIKE the far leftist dogma idiots trying to tell the world that this time it will be different

I don't have much of an issue with the point that the Venn diagram is making

I do have a problem with the 2-dimensional line underneath it, with labels 'Socialism' and 'Anarcho-capitalism' at the two ends. Clearly it is a misrepresentation of socialism and as for 'anarcho-capitalism' I've never bothered to find out what that actually means, but if it's conceptualised as the opposite of socialism, as it is here, then I'm not interested

Finally, I think Daniel Brr's point made underneath is a valid one :

I would change the center union to read "Crony Corporatism", because that's the actual functional twist that drives negative outcomes and distinguishes it from Capitalism.

p.s. Looking at this person's profile, if you self label yourself as (chaotic) good and unnecessarily tell us that you are married (who cares), and the only comment you make in a tweet is a sneer, then I will label you as a 'conceited wanker'. And yes, two tweets later, I get visual confirmation. Further, if you are a male over 24 years old and label yourself as a 'gamer' (rather than someone who might just play computer games) then I will also label you as a 'man-child'.

I was dismayed that 5 ppl I follow also follow this conceited wanker. Looked them up and found that it included Caitlin Johnstone & Jimmy Dore, which somewhat (further) undermines my faith in their discernment.

Always considered Libertarians to generally have the right idea on a lot of social issues (at least moreso than libs or cons), but completely batshit regarding anything economic.
