I haven't been back in a few years, but the rightmost lane you see in the video is a motorcycle/electrical scooter/bike only lane. I'm assuming that this is to prevent these bikes from weaving between vehicles, but if you're not driving a 4 wheel vehicle I'm pretty sure you have to use that lane (this is why there's a plastic fender between the rightmost lane and the others). not sure how theyre supposed to avoid cars turning right, though. Seems like an accident waiting to happen

You're forgetting the possibility that the truck SHOULD HAVE STOPPED or LOOKED BEFORE TURNING. The rule is probably something like "if you're not on the rightmost lane, you have to look and yield or stop".
