Yes. It is all just a smoke-screen. It would be easy to copy all data to an USB and deliver it the next day. Now they have time to modify the data. IF they can not, they are not tracking their experiment and breaking the law to begin with.

There's nothing lawful about anything they're doing. Expecting that is silly. I agree that everything they do is about dancing around, distracting, and obfuscating the truth - and causing as much harm and/or gaining as much power as possible.
