I think this damage is not by "accident". It is like driving a car with broken breaks. It will crash at some point.

Mycarditis could be expected. The gigantic amount of LNPs, mRNA and spike-proteins get easily into the bloodstream. And once in the blood, they always go to the heart.
This is unlike a real vaccine, which is an injection (or spray) with only hundreds of weakened viruses. And does more likely stay in the injected muscle.

The heart situation gets worse, when the LNPs get into the heart cells themselves. Where they will be destroyed by the immune system, sometimes causing a severe auto-immune reaction. Heart cells do not get replaced, so this becomes permanent heart damage.

If the heart was not affected, the immune system is usually damaged. Often called VAIDS. This means that a real virus infection, a bacterial infection or a cancer will have less resistance to grow. This may even be zero resistance with IgG4. This may also cause heart damage.
