Fascists pay for the anti-vax propaganda, which helps get fasicsts elected to office. (Those who believe in facts and science normally don't vote for GOP fascist, theocratic, .01% authoritaritarians. Those who support the latter will see the US continue to suffer from corrupt government.)

I often mention these problems, but the short answer is that "medical freedom" is not the problem. Basic responsibility in society is what's being undermined by propaganda that promotes selfishness at all costs, even if it means spreading COVID19. The fascist tendency in this case is the anti-democratic GOP movement to reduce government accountability for the sake of authoritarian leaders who are gleaning the 99%. My argument is that McConnell & co. are fascists. PACs for the GOP, and corporations and the .01% are paying for propaganda that promotes anti-vax misinformation. This gets more votes for the fascists.
