The fire spread quickly through the holding pens, where thousands of dairy cows crowded together waiting to be milked, trapped in deadly confines.

How did the fire start, and spread? I can't imagine there's a 18,000 head of cattle operation that framed out wooded structures.

How combustible are these dairy facilities?

The ruling groups do want there to be a collapse of the food industry. That's why people shouldn't decentralize from the economy that much. It becomes easier for them to make it collapse and the working class ends up paying the price for it.
