She's Canadian, so HIPAA doesn't apply. But either way she never mocked any of her patients. The case was only about her actions at the time, not actions that followed. Those actions being chipping in for a I❤️JKR billboard and posing in front of it in a photo she posted on social media. She definitely got a lot more spicy about gender in her posts once her case started dragging on, but presumably those comments could not apply to this case.
