That's a very wide interpretation of "life"

The change was claimed to be a response to rare edge cases in which innocent third-party reporters of child pornography could possibly face mandatory penalties for possession.

We actually had that story posted here a while back and roundly made fun of them for having zero self awareness, but this feels very German in that they can't just give judicial leeway.

I feel like 19 years is a good amount of lead time for someone to plan a fancy magic trick where a feller could just vanish into thin air with no trace or explanation.
