I'm willing to bet that this is fake just to promote some MtF fetish but i have seen "straight" guys talk about similar phenomena from before the Internet became so trans addled. I think it's 2 issues. #1 is bisexuals raised in a completely hetero culture so they are disgusted by the "romantic" side of attraction. #2 is I've seen guys who i actually think are straight but have some procedure like a prostate exam done and freak out over the sensation. They then become obsessed with the prostate sensation but have zero attention to men but at the same time are highly embarrassed to admit to their female partner that they want to use toys. I've met plenty of gays who are basically bottoms because they like the sensation and have invincible Teflon colons but psychology they want to be the top. Other guys are psychologically bottoms but have tissue paper colons and can't really take an object in there and don't really derive physical pleasure from it. Brain doesn't always match what the body can do and you just have to deal with it.
