According to the wikipedia article on this guy, he was a youth pastor after resigning his position at the high school where he diddled a student. I can't believe that any church would so insane as to let someone like this near kids!
(Also, there's a apparently a rather ridiculous amount of Richard Moores/Richard Lee Moores in North Carolina, I almost missed this guy because of it.)
