Why aren't healthcare insurance companies lobbying against transgenderism? Transgender procedures must cost them A LOT in payouts.

The same reason that studios are ceasing production of CDs/DVDs in favor of streaming services. Why bother getting a one-time payment when you can make someone pay for the rest of their life for the same thing?

Yes, but THEY are the ones paying!

They're paying, but they also get the person to go on the subscription service afterwards and pay for all the extra stuff. No different than the studio paying to make movies or music when it's on streaming.
