I would contend that the clown world's proper start 2016. Because whatever you feel about Trump himself, his election was (IMO) the straw that finally broke that poor camel's back for good.

I don't think so; I think the clown world started long before that, and Trump was the "and then one day, FOR NO REASON AT ALL, people voted Hitler into power..." moment for the clown world.

They token hired a black deaf woman whose previous job had been at a law firm investigating discrimination cases. How did they think this was going to end?

I love this part:

she says “It would be selfish to quit Google. I’m standing in the gap for those often pushed aside.”

Also doesn't hurt that they're probably paying her north of a quarter million a year for her diversity points. I'm sure that she's unselfishly donating most of her salary to those folks who are often pushed aside.

I read the article. It looks like she's faking and not really deaf. I wonder if that's a common thing, we know people fake being black and Native American to get jobs and other benefits.
