Excellent. Hopefully this will put such stupid "Crimes" into the ground and end them. Nothing could be more insane than taking a fact, making it illegal to say, and doing so on the premise that the person was offended.

Either that, or I look forward to the "Receding Hairline Protection" act where women can no longer reject me because of my bald spot. :)

Edit:... "Calling an Asian person the P word." Now, I thought I knew all the names you could call a person, but what's the P word for Asian people?

Given that this is Britain? I'm guessing "Paki," which is a slur thrown at Pakistanis. Kind of akin to calling an Italian a dago.

It's a corruption of the name "Diego" and was applied to Iberians as well as Italians.

Almost exclusively a US thing, not really used anywhere else.
