Haha, so basically some blokes realised that women were getting perks like better pensions and relaxed dress codes and decided to exploit a change in the law so they could achieve the same?

For once the trans issue seems to have achieved some gender equality.

The way to prevent this would be to equalise the dress codes, pensions and other benefits for men and women.

ironically the radfems aren't gonna have anything to answer this with except maybe "getting the benefit of the doubt and prison sentences a fraction of the length is ANOTHER proof of the Patriarchy!" since it's patronizing, naturally

it's like how they call out the Pretendians and Nkechi Diallo but can't answer WHY, if these ethnicities are supposedly getting The Pianist treatment in 2024, anyone would want to be treated as them ...

better pensions and relaxed dress codes

Once more, the whole "reverse and project". In every workplace, women are considered unkempt if they don't dress nice, while men can come to work in some used dirty jogging outfit and they're still considered acceptable. In every school, if a boy wears a short shirt or short pants nobody gives a fuck, but if a girl does, it may be considered "inappropriate". There are countries in the world that still force a very strict dress code on women. No country has ever forced a very strict dress code for men.

And the pensions? Are you trying to make shit up to avoid discussing the wage gap? Not to mention the fact many workplaces still don't hire women because they may get pregnant. (This is also why I am absolutely all for men getting a completely useless "leave for pregnancy" as well - that way employers won't discriminate anymore!).

Every man should do this. You want to have no rules about who is and isn't a man/woman and completely deny biological reality? Fine, BAM, every man is now a woman and can now go into any women's space and benefit from any special concessions made for women. Let's see how these dipshits handle that.

All trans is fraud, so there you go.

This is, of course, the logical end of these laws that allow a person to change their "gender" without having to justify it. Personally, more power to them. If the system oppresses you and you can find an "out", then do it.

Reminds me of the guy who changed his legal gender to a woman to take advantage of the bias in a divorce/custody case.

Unbelievable levels of transphobia from spain here, honestly. How dare they dictate what constitutes a valid female experience?
