RIT near Rochester, NY is a toxic place in many ways. This is just one example, where they encourage women to enter men's bathrooms by adding period product disposal bins.

They are encouraging the small amount of women to use men's rooms. Still, it's a ridiculous idea.

No it's for trans men, women who pretend to be men. And still have periods. Those are rare but there's probably at least one there.
