I get there is an (arguably unfair) stigma against HIV+ people in society, but sticking up for monsters like Aziga who deliberately and intentionally spread HIV to others is definitely not the way to go.

People with HIV already have the burden of dealing with fellows who think their privilege to be covert about their status trumps the right of their partners to make informed decisions about potential risks to their health. Having a Typhoid Mary equivalent is the last thing that they want to play apologist for.

Ultimately, it'd be easier if they just said the quiet part out loud and said "the only important thing in society is who or what you like to have sex with and it's all meat slapping against meat to make people feel good. The only people who should be second class citizens are those who can't get sex."
