Well, all blades are phallic in shape, so stabbing someone is an act of patriarchal rape in any case. Unless the target is a man, because men can never be raped.

Under the Offensive Weapons Act 1953 an offensive weapon is any article made or adapted for use for causing injury to the person, or intended by the person having it with him for such use by him or by some other person.

So a dildo would be an offensive weapon if it was carried for the purposes of causing injury, doubly so for a dual-ended French tickler.
