If you're a DEI professional, there's no reason to try to reduce racial tensions since that would eliminate the need for your job. It's generally a mistake to allow a profession to proliferate that depends on the existence of an ongoing problem that they are employed to "solve." If they solve it, they put themselves out of business. Much better to make it worse.
