Part of "get one from the government" is also "the government forces someone to be their girlfriend."

Also, these same incels don't realize the public option won't exactly be good if it happened. They truly believe the public option will be a virginal 14 year old sex goddess who the world wants, but who only has eyes for them personally- but the real public option will inevitably be a 30-40 year old fat, ugly, unpleasant cat lady who believes she's entitled to a BTS member loving them just for existing...or, the female version of these incels.
