DO you mean that legally women cant commit rape and if they identify as a woman then they cant have done so?

It's not that "it's ok" it's that it's very unlikely for the rapist chick to face repercussions because no one actually will support them, in particular the feminists who need the whole "male opressor female victim" narrative. Thus enabling women on women rape.
