I'll never understand how these two things are not mutually exclusive. They totally deserve to be called she if they have baby bumps.

That kid is going to be born into a special kind of hell. If eating certain things is bad for both mother and child, how bad are hormone shots? Naturally, these wannabe seahorses don't want to hear any of that.

I mean, the hormone shot thing might help, since it's clear the "father" will forcibly transition their kid even if the kid fights it at every turn up to and including holding them down and putting the shots into them- so they'll be a leg up on the other Munchausen Mummies.
