It's a fetish, the other side of the autogynephilia coin. Gynoandromorphophilia. Even though being a GAMP is by its very definition bisexual/homosexual, guys with it don't show typical responses to bisexual stimuli. That is, when someone's clearly a man, they won't be attracted to them.

Sexual orientation is based on the gender binary so I wouldn't say it's very fluid at all. Your options are heterosexual, homosexual, and bisexual. That's about as fluid as neapolitan ice cream.

Obvious tiebreaker is to use the Greco-Roman compromise for trans women: If you're a straight man and you top the trans woman, then you're still straight, but if you bottom, then you're hella gay brah.
