Has to be. They've not, that I can recall in recent years, held back on whatever shit your garden-variety white male shooter spouted off before emptying the mag. And even that maggot Darrell Brooks (the one who intentionally drove through that Christmas parade) eventually got his brain leakage shared around, after the usual suspects finally realized that they couldn't really quash it effectively and blame whitey in some way.

There is a legitimate argument to not release this sort of thing because it encourages copycat behavior. Some previous manifestos were released by the shooter prior to acting out.

I think in this case the authorities said the manifesto had a pretty detailed how to guide to comitting mass killings so it doesn't surprise me that they don't want to release it.

The real concern with that is that she wasn't acting alone.

See my concern would be that that assumption could be false. She may have included a guide in her manifesto, but she may not have written that guide, or may not have composed it on her own.

I think this case had a very low death count compared to what may have been, it was incredibly lucky that an armed response was able to arrive so quickly and was able to dispatch the murderer quickly. It could have easily been far worse.

I suspect she was likely in a group of radically minded trans people that was planning various acts of violence like this.

The reason female mass shootings are rare is lower testosterone in women. Women start taking testosterone at male levels and guess what happens.

Uh, yes? I've heard that half of the (4 or so?) female mass-shooters in recent decades were trans. However the thread I linked is a conspiracy theory about why the manifesto hasn't been released in a red state. I'm just pointing out that the manifesto may not say the things people are expecting it to.
