How to let your customers and employees know that you are an inclusive organisation with 2 very simple questions. 1. Do you offer your services/products to everyone? 2. Do you offer your employment opportunities to everyone? If the answer is yes to both then you are indeed an inclusive company and there's no need for virtue signaling. Simple, cost effective and controversy free.
