Let's entertain your idea.

You want someone attracted to children to be sent to prison even if they don't want to commit child abuse.

So if someone is a pedo, what would they do? If they're gonna be sent to prison anyway once someone finds out they're a pedo what do you think this pedo is gonna do since he can only live once?

The youngest age someone can be a pedophile is 15/16 years old too. So, going by that logic, not only do we risk children's lives in the long run via being murdered. We also risk children who have the disorder having ADULTS advocate them being violently raped and killed for something that they didn't choose.

I think it's like. If you have two 15 year olds and the age of consent is 16 both get arrested.

"Support" what. It's not the two that should get arrested it's the parents.

I think it's like. If you have two 15 year olds and the age of consent is 16 both get arrested.

Ah. It would be ideal for minors to NOT have any intercourse at all until 18. But, that's not now reality works.

Why should the parents get arrested? They didn't force them to do the deed. That be like arresting the parents because their kids decided to commit any other crime. The minor knows exactly right and wrong, and made the conscious decision to do that.

Mate, teengers are at a point where they DO KNOW right and wrong. Are you really going to help me that the wittle teenger who willingly steals and gets 91 yr old granny killed "didn't know better"? These teens know what they're getting into. Even with the watchful eye of their parents. Even when they were told, "no sex until marriage," given education, resources, or none at all. Guess what... My "pro arrest" is for teengers, 15/16 years old, who go on to have "consensual" intercourse with anyone prepubscent.

Any pubescent minor having "consensual" intercourse with PREpubscent minor should be arrested.

Because accusations like that are serious, and tossing them around like it's a game, helps actual child predators to get pass.
