The minor DOESN'T know "exactly" what is right or wrong because they're a minor. The parents should get arrested for negligence that allowed these 2 to have sex below age of consent.

Mate, teengers are at a point where they DO KNOW right and wrong. Are you really going to help me that the wittle teenger who willingly steals and gets 91 yr old granny killed "didn't know better"? These teens know what they're getting into. Even with the watchful eye of their parents. Even when they were told, "no sex until marriage," given education, resources, or none at all. Guess what... They still find ways to do it! You're just trying to remove accountability from them.

Minors having sex with similar aged minors? Or prepubscent minors? If the not latter, I support it.

My "pro arrest" is for teengers, 15/16 years old, who go on to have "consensual" intercourse with anyone prepubscent.

I wrote IF NOT THE LATTER. You know what that means? NOT THE SECOND OPTION. What's the second option? PREPUBSCENT minors.

Any pubescent minor having "consensual" intercourse with PREpubscent minor should be arrested.
