I don’t think so. There’s video of him on The Price is Right five years ago long before he decided to board the Troon train and he is acting like the same old hyper-camp gay twat as he is now, except now he does it in a dress.

I think he was even worse in the Price is Right video than he is now. And it was filmed no more than 3 years ago as they were following Covid social distancing on the PiR set.

Ahh, ok. Still, I’m willing to bet he’s always been an obnoxious person, just now he does it in a dress and the gullible idiots in politics and the media, who have gone all in on troonery, have found themselves unable to do anything but celebrate the insufferable walking parody of humanity that he is.

He is the literal embodiment of almost everything that has gone wrong with the desire to promote “tolerance”, we’ve “tolerated” our way to Muppets in human form smearing their faeces in our faces, calling it “diversity”, and demanding that we ask for more.

His family is wealthy and well connected aren't they? His behaviour on The Price is Right was bizarre and wouldn't normally be tolerated from an ordinary guest. Especially on a show being made under strict Covid protocols. Someone arranged for him to be on that show and for him to get to do his 'act' in order to promote him. His 'girlhood' is just his next and actually successful attempt at getting famous. He's a fame whore with so little talent that his obvious connections couldn't make Dylan the gay man famous. But Dylan the girl has hit this current crazy zeitgeist and has gotten him what he's clearly always craved.
