I don't agree that this is always a fallacy. The idea that infiltrators don't exist is just plain silly and comes from the same "rational" crowd that thinks there's no such thing as a conspiracy.

The "No True Transgender" fallacy would be an inherent contradiction.

Vaginaplastys, and whatnot. They'll do it. Sooner or later it (whatever) is going to happen. The possibilities are limitless.
