LOL WUTJust when you thought that progressives had scraped the bottom of the degeneracy barrel, they lean in just a bit further - Men should be able to pay women to be drugged for sex to satisfy their “Cosby” kink.

Translation:
"I'm grotesquely obese, and there's no possibility of a sexual encounter without depriving another person of their free-will to resist. The only plausible solution that doesn't involve tedious heathy lifestyle changes (required by me), will involve drugging someone else. This is a plausible solution that I'm willing to entertain, to avoid addressing the personal deficiencies that I'm unwilling/incapable of addressing."
I have an alternative drug induced solution that's is plausibly ethical, as it's voluntary.
Allow this behemoth to enter as medical induced coma, and initiate a severe calorie restricted diet until this person regains a humanoid form.
This is a voluntary drug induced solution for a consenting adult, and this option moves the person closer to the desired goal posts of normal social interactions.
