I very much doubt he's not fully aware of the fact. This is just a stupid social media game where he's like "hOw DaRe I bE tReAtEd NoRmAlLy" then a bunch of dumbasses go about participating in the online circle jerk.

Such behavior is unprofessional and ill fitting of a doctor. But this is the current thing so all the crazy attention seeking types are straight onto it.

Baffling. I guess it makes sense in a bizzaro world way. His job is very interesting and challenging so his hobby (being a dick on the internet) is conversely stupid.
