20 years after the repeal of Section 28, the law in the UK prohibiting local councils from “promoting” homosexuality, a petition has attracted more than 180,000 signatures ensuring it will be debated in Westminster by MPs.

This was unthinkable ten years ago…wonder what changed.

Unsurprising. Slippery Slope in this case is not a fallacy and it is clear it was put in place for a reason.
