Ensuring you can never work a regular 9-5 in some soul sucking job where you're lucky to get a cubicle is not totally without merit.

The whole reason that's a problem is because the public school system makes each generation more unquestioning and obedient than the last. No one stands up to it anymore. And when they complain, the same elites exploiting them promise to fight for them, and they actually fall for it.
