These can often. Be mistaken for other mental problems.
They are usually due to childhood trauma and continued by bad behaviour and blaming everyone else for the consequences. The cure is to behave better and take responsibility. Obviously, blaming a self diagnosed disability for their bad habits is also popular with such types.
