Sounds like everyone involved is a pretty shitty person. Don't go grabbing people's junk, but also don't go committing or planning to commit rape by deception.

This is unfortunately where we're at when we start pretending sexuality is based on presentation rather than sexed bodies.

Yeah, we often forget that it is perfectly possible for everyone in a story to be a complete arse and deserving of opprobrium.
