Yep. Just remember- if you were to respond to one of these whiners with "I'm actually in a committed relationship with a trans person, and they're not even the first trans person I've ever dated...and I dated an equal amount of cis people so it's not even fetishization", the person would respond "Well, you won't date ME, so you're transphobic!"
