Nobody is born trans, we are our bodies and our bodies are sexed. Gender and sex are intrinsically linked, one informing the other, gender isn't purely a social construct as these narcissistic navel-gazers would have us believe. Women own womanhood and Men own manhood. You don't get to change teams.

This is what barbaric doctors did for years is make an assessment of the physical child and assign a gender based on that (and like eww what kind of doctors go around looking at kids genitals eww, gross)
