If the majority of trans people know that the surgical penis/vagina is nothing like a biological one,why are 97% happy with getting surgery then?

They don't want to believe it's not the same thing deep down. They know the science doesn't check out but each one of them is a narcissist meaning each one of them thinks they're "special" and everything will work out for them the way it hasn't for anyone else.

Personally I don't consider the suicide stat to be indicative of anything but the end result of overwhelming narcissistic injury. Killing yourself is just another misplaced attempt at self-identification, at the expense of literally everything else. You played yourself.
