I can safely tell you good news is that 99% of the comments are calling this BS out.I really hope this is a sign of times are changing.

It's why they're pushing so hard when it comes to sports, because it's an area where even people who aren't clued in at all can go "Well that seems like bullshit"

When it comes to things like men on lesbian dating apps or male rapists in women's prisons there's always some degree of (likely wilful to some degree) disbelief, people would rather pretend it isn't happening because it seems too ridiculous. But with sports it's not only acknowledged, but supposed to be celebrated.

Not only that, but sports can be some of the most transparent things possible- and individual sports like swimming even more so. If someone's cheating in an individual sport, anyone with eyes can see it...and in this case, if anyone with eyes sees it, it's a battle because if it's allowed to go without passing, it becomes "you know as well as I do I'm cheating, but you'll let me do it because I'm just that special."
