Why do they always talk about bodies like they're plug and plays? It's weird to be that detached from your physical self and just see it as a collection of parts that can be switched around like a Mr Potato Head. That really ties into the whole "genital fetish" line too, since they seem to think it's basically a case of switching one around for the other, or that people are only attracted to the genitals, rather than the whole male or female body.

I think they make it very apparent that they live 24/7 on the internet. They see their identities as character sliders in a video game. Note how many talk about being in girl or boy mode

They don't even realise that life-saving organ transplants can still be fucking fatal without constant and serious intervention because the vagus nerve has an intricate 2-way connection with almost every organ in your body and brutally rejects anything it doesn't recognise.

Not to bring down the fun here but this kind of dissociation usually happens because someone was emotional neglected before the age of 2 and then also suffered some kind of physical trauma after that.

They truly bought wholesale into transhumanism (not related to transsexualism). The idea that the body is just a vessel, that they can eventually go full Borg and stick whatever parts on and off they want. Only they're also complete coomers so they focus primarily on the sex organ aspect of it.

There are people who hold genuine grudge against reality for not being a character creation screen in a MMO. Either that or they played too much Cyberpunk 2077.
