They don't believe everyone does. They believe everyone should.
See how they constantly criticise women for not dressing like bimbos 24/7 and also hate on gay men who just happen to tend to be effeminate.
I guess a lot of men develope fetishes for feminine clothes/makeup/behaviour long before they get a change to get up close and personal with a woman (or man). Then some guys want to see those things more than experience the reality of the human body.
