I think it is because transwomen are possessed by demons with a different spirit than the male body that they've taken over. So their demon literally is in the wrong body and wants to mutilate the body that is occupying to manifest into the physical realm.

I think it's because the trans-identified people are mentally ill for various reasons and demons don't necessarily come into it.

Nah it's a real problem but people have f'd childhoods these days (sometimes literally) and it messes em up too
