That's just unreasonable.
The victimhood-based system is more a humanity-wide contest where every person keeps fighting and jockeying until you find the one, single most oppressed human being in the entire world- then, once we recognize the most oppressed human in the world, we get one big chance to settle all scores in one go by raising that oppressed person on a pedestal and naming them the God of this new world.
So, every single person in the world isn't fighting to settle scores or get equality, they end up fighting so that they end up the most oppressed person and get in that position of power. (It's no surprise this has started to take hold, by an astonishing coincidence, right after the Hunger Games became big.)
