I can't help but feel like this is going to be another Rosie Kay situation though. By all accounts he's heavily contributed to their library, so let's hope he's been smart enough to retain the IP for his work.

I think the Rosie Kay incident was even worse though, because weren’t lots of the allegations against her simply fabricated?

I think she's stood by what she did, it's just what she did was nothing. She basically said male and female exist as separate classes and that reality has an effect in many areas, especially in dance. Part of the complaint against her was a female dancer who identified as non-binary being told they couldn't play a male role, because it involved lifts she didn't believe the dancer could pull off

How dare she consider the safety of her employees! When you identify as male or non-binary you gain all the upper body strength of male ballet dancers, it’s basic biology and physics!
